The dealership proposal form asks for:
- Category for dealership
- Type of dealer
- Name of company
- Company address
- Telephone number
- Mobile number
- Year of incorporation

Important Notes for Applicants
- Please fill the form accurately.
- Do not leave any required field blank. If a question does not apply, mark it as Not Applicable.
- The current form also states that no employee of the company, or relative of an employee, can be a partner or member of the dealership.
